Terms and Conditions

The subject of this agreement is the basic principles of rights, duties and responsibilities and the necessary instructions for users to use CT services and the user confirms that he/she has read the Terms and Conditions and agrees to them. Otherwise, he/she does not have the right to use the CT services.
CT is a fast and secure platform for converting cryptocurrencies to Tomans without a KYC verification and it has been established in accordance with the official laws of Islamic Republic of Iran.
According to the official laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, CT is a platform for converting cryptocurrencies to Tomans. Therefore, it is not possible to exchange Fiat currencies on it.
Registration and use of CT services is possible by verifying an email address and there is no need for a KYC verification. Therefore, it will be necessary to protect the login information.
All transactions will be confirmed on CT website and application only. Therefore, CT doesn’t take any responsibilities for any transactions which are performed on another platform or recorded by a fake account.
Users will be notified of any changes to the Terms and Conditions through CT communities.

when a transaction is confirmed and the cryptocurrency is deposited to the CT wallet address, there is no possibility to cancel it.
The maximum amount of each transaction on CT is 100 million Tomans per transaction.
The minimum transaction volume on CT is 15 USDT.
Toman settlement will be applied to the card number or SHEBA number which has been specified by the user. Therefore, the user must make sure that the entered bank account information is correct before final confirmation.
Toman payments on CT are made according to the specified time cycles. In case of any troubles, such as a disruption in the blockchain network or the banking system or payment gateway, there is a possibility of delay in Toman settlement which CT is not responsible for.
Toman payments will be deposited to an Iranian bank account which has been defined by the user and could belong to the user or others. Therefor it is the user's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the entered bank account information and CT is not responsible for entering a wrong card/SHEBA number.
CT is not responsible for depositing crypto to an incorrect wallet address or on a wrong network.
Responding to users' requests is done only through their user account and email.

It is necessary to provide the transaction id (TXID) when recording a conversion transaction. Otherwise, the transaction will not be submitted.
In case of submitting a wrong TXID, the transaction will be rejected and further reviews by the CT support team will begin 12 hours later.
If there is a discrepancy between the amount submitted by the user and the amount deposited to the CT wallet address, transaction will be confirmed with the deposited amount after fee deducting.
On CT, confirmation of conversion transactions is possible if there is a maximum difference of 500 Rials between the current rate and the rate recorded in the order.
In order to deposit a crypto to the CT wallet address, the final amount of crypto after fee deducting should be the exact amount which was recorded in the invoice by the user.

The mentioned times for Toman settlement are after the confirmation of your transaction by Pardakhtyar.
Creating a conversion request only takes a few minutes.
Note that it’s necessary to enter the transaction ID (TXID) in the relevant field.
In order to check and confirm the transaction, your transfer to the CT wallet address must have been done.
Depending on the network, crypto transfer may take 1 to 45 minutes.
The request for Toman settlement will be done automatically after creating the conversion request, which will save your time.
In case of any blockchain disruption, including network congestion, high transfer fees, upgrades, and high trading volumes, there may be some delay in Toman settlement which CT is not responsible for.
